Moody Clinic is a 501(c)3 organization with a Board of Directors. The volunteer members are the fiduciaries who steer the organization towards a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical, legal governance, and financial management policies and ensuring the nonprofit has adequate resources.

Ronnie joined our Board of Directors February 2026, and is a proud graduate of Southwest Texas State University, earning his Bachelors of Social Work.
Growing up abroad in four Latin American countries helped shape his worldly view. He began his career as a Licensed Social Worker, focused on helping children with special needs ages 0 to 13, before pivoting into finance the last three decades. One thing that never left him is “the love for serving and assisting as many families as we could”, ultimately leading to a full circle moment when becoming a Moody Clinic board member.
Despite being relatively new, he’s taken a hands-on approach by helping put together multiple fundraisers and activities, because in his own words: “I definitely want Moody Clinic to grow and sustain itself, so we can assist more children and their families, eventually to not have a wait list.”
Outside of work Ronnie’s active in sports, loves good food, and exploring different places. A proud father of two, Genevieve and Sean are his beloved “awesome kiddos.”
