Moody Clinic is a 501(c)3 organization with a Board of Directors. The volunteer members are the fiduciaries who steer the organization towards a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical, legal governance, and financial management policies and ensuring the nonprofit has adequate resources.

Mr. Diaz currently occupies the esteemed position of Board Treasurer and has been an active member of the Board of Directors since 2019. His professional qualifications include being a certified public accountant (CPA) with Burton, McCumber, & Longoria, LLP, where he plays a crucial role as a Manager of Assurance Services. His dedicated service to the Moody Clinic Board is invaluable, and his expertise is essential for the smooth operation of the clinic.
